DavidNikolas.com provides information about theatre coaching, acting and audition coaching, college audition and decision preparation, creative work, directing, performance, and related professional services.
Services may include, but are not limited to:
Acting and audition coaching
Ongoing weekly coaching
Monologue, scene, and performance preparation
College audition and decision preparation
Program-fit guidance
Creative consultation
Directing, producing, writing, or performance-related inquiries
Any specific service arrangement, schedule, payment, or scope of work must be confirmed separately in writing.
2. No Guarantee of Results
Coaching, audition preparation, and college decision support are guidance-based services. I do not guarantee admission to any school, acceptance into any program, casting in any role, scholarships, employment, representation, artistic outcome, or specific professional result.
The goal of coaching is to help students and performers prepare thoughtfully, make stronger choices, and approach their work with greater clarity and confidence.
3. Student and Family Responsibility
Students and families are responsible for:
Completing their own applications, essays, prescreens, forms, and required materials
Meeting all school, program, audition, scholarship, or application deadlines
Verifying program requirements directly with each school or organization
Practicing and preparing between coaching sessions
Making final decisions about schools, auditions, programs, and commitments
I may provide feedback, structure, coaching, and recommendations, but I do not complete applications, essays, or audition work on behalf of a student.
4. Minors and Parent/Guardian Involvement
Many coaching clients may be students under the age of 18. A parent or legal guardian should be involved in scheduling, payment, consent, and major coaching or college-prep decisions for minors.
By submitting information about a minor through this website, you confirm that you are the minor’s parent or legal guardian, or that you have permission from the parent or legal guardian to share that information.
This website and these services are not directed to children under the age of 13. Children under 13 should not submit personal information through this website.
5. Payment, Scheduling, and Cancellations
Payment, scheduling, cancellation, and rescheduling policies may vary by service and will be communicated when services are arranged.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
Coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance.
Payment may be required before or at the time of service.
Missed sessions or late cancellations may not be refundable.
Repeated cancellations or missed sessions may result in discontinuation of services.
Specific package terms may be provided separately for college audition preparation, ongoing coaching, or other services.
